MobileCollect Shape Transmitter for Mitutoyo Micrometers

The MobileCollect Shape Mic 01 Transmitter mounts directly to the 5-pin Digimatic SPC output port of your Mitutoyo micrometer and transmits measurement data wirelessly to a MobileCollect Base Receiver, and from there into any PC application or SPC software. No cables, no adhesive mounts, no separate connector to order. One part number, one component, installed in about 30 seconds with a standard #1 Phillips driver.

The true cost of manual measurement data entry in a production environment is well documented: transcription errors, operator fatigue, and lost throughput. The Shape Transmitter eliminates all three at the source, on the gage, without changing how the operator holds or uses the instrument.

Built on the same platform as the Mini Mobile Module EVO, the Shape Transmitter delivers 800,000+ readings on a single CR2032 in both standard and continuous read modes. It ships TriggerSync capable, so SPC software can request readings on demand through the MobileCollect EVO API, and it includes two orange read buttons for orientation flexibility and functional redundancy.
