VC-1 Caliper Calibration Master

GSG Vernier masters are used to calibrate and set Vernier calipers. The master is superior to gage block calibration because they do require block stacks and therefore it is much faster to the inspect linear range of the tool. In addition they indicate wear on the caliper anvils because both the ID and OD jaws are inspected without additional setup.

All steps are in 0.5" in English and 12.70mm in Metric.

Tolerances are as follows...

• 6" Model: +0.0002"
• 12" Model: +0.0005"
• 24" Model: +0.001"
• 150mm Model: +0.005mm
• 300mm Model: +0.013mm
• 600mm Model: +0.025mm
