Vermont Left-Hand Thread Plug Gage Assembly, GO/NOGO,

Vermont's Thread Gages allow you to inspect the pitch diameter and the functional thread for internal threaded products.

All stock Thread Plug Gages are made to Class X tolerances per ASME B1.2 (Unified Inch Screw Threads), ASME B18.29.1 (STI Inch Screw Threads), and ASME B1.16M (Metric M Series Screw Threads).

A Certificate of Accuracy is included with each gage.

Available in 2B or 3B, and each Thread Plug Gage is marked with nominal size, threads per inch, class of fit and pitch diameters.

    Calibration is an additional service that can be added to most thread gages. If you need calibration please send an email to sales@greatgages.com or you can find more information on how to reach us on our Contact Us page.

    Certificate of Accuracy

    • All of our manufacturers include a Certificate of Accuracy with their Thread Gages off-the-shelf. These Certificates are statements that the gage has been verified to be accurate from the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer has used NIST-traceable gages to perform this verification. However, this is NOT a Certificate of Calibration.

    Certificate of Calibration

    • None of our manufacturers include a Certificate of Calibration with their gages off-the-shelf. If the customer needs a Certificate of Calibration, that is a NIST-traceable document with verified readings, this is an additional Calibration Service that needs to be quoted with the gage. The standard lead time for a Calibration Service adds about 1-week to the lead time of the gage.
